We are pleased to share our Statement under the Modern Slavery Act for the period 2022-2023.

This statement describes the activities T&L Sugars Limited is undertaking to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chain. We recognise that we have a responsibility to address any adverse human rights impacts that may be present in our operations and to use our leverage to require our stakeholders respect human rights in our extended supply chain.

The issues are global, complex and unfortunately, there is no quick fix; however, we firmly believe that if we play our part, we can help to end modern slavery and human trafficking.
