We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment where we value the unique contributions made by our colleagues. It is their variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives which create a stimulating and rewarding working environment. We encourage our employees to share their individual perspectives and opinions via a number of employee-led forums.
Our Culture Committee, led by team members from across Tate & Lyle Sugars, plays an important role in bringing people together, through celebrations and social events, sports activities and learning opportunities as well as helping to champion diversity and inclusion across the business.
Our employee-led European Women’s Support Network provides a professional environment where colleagues can connect, mentor and collaborate with each other, as well as explore different topics and exchange ideas in a supportive environment. Events held so far have included topics on “Building Your Own Personal Brand” and other strategies for building confidence at work.
